A community support organization is seeking a Support Worker in Dunfermline. You will assist older people in maintaining their independence through support with meals and personal plans. Ideal candidates should have a qualification in Health & Social Care and experience with vulnerable populations. Competitive pay and training opportunities are offered in a supportive environment.
Trust Housing Association have exciting opportunities for a Support Worker (Older People) to join our team at Whitelaw Court, Dunfermline, Fife KY11 4SJ.
You’ll be working with our tenants to make sure they receive the support identified in their personal plan, ensuring they continue to enjoy as much independence as possible. You will assist with meal delivery and provide support in the dining room; there may also be very occasional kitchen duties. It will be rewarding looking after those who rely on the support and dedication you’ll bring to this important role.
Ideally, you will have an appropriate qualification in Health & Social Care and previous experience of working with older people or other vulnerable members of a community, so you will understand their needs and know how to meet these. If you are successful in joining our team we can provide you with opportunities to develop your experience or enhance your career in social care and support your ongoing continued personal development.
