Nexus Support is a specialist provider working alongside people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs aged between 16 and 45, and their families in the South Essex area.

Days are spent supporting people to live a life meaningful to them. We provide opportunities to grow, develop new skills, and explore and enjoy new and established interests and experiences. This may include activities such as swimming, exercising, health & beauty, and any preferred activities that individuals may wish to participate in within community settings and within their own homes.

When not out and about, staff are available for chats and advice to help when times become challenging.

You will need to be available to work a minimum of two shifts per week supporting the person at home and within the community. Shift patterns include early, late, sleep-in, and alternate weekends.
