Priory Group is seeking a Bank Support Worker for Priory Hospital Suttons Manor to provide person-centred care to residents with complex mental health needs. The role involves day-to-day care tasks, maintaining dignity, and supporting independence in a rural setting where access to a vehicle is recommended.

The position offers bank shifts (day and night). Successful candidates will have NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, along with English and Maths at GCSE/NVQ2 levels.

Formación

• Experience of working in a related health, social care or support environment.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent required.
• GCSE or NVQ Level 2 in English and Maths required.
• If NVQ Level 2 is not held, must commence within six months of joining and complete within the specified timeframe.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the highest standard of person-centred support and care to residents.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and care requirements.
• Ensure spaces are well looked after and compliant with policies and procedures.
