Job summary

The Lodge in Highbridge, Somerset, part of Priory Group, is recruiting a Bank Support Worker to help provide residential care for 12 residents with autism or mental health needs. You will assist qualified staff with care plans and daily living tasks, supporting wellbeing and dignity in a compassionate team.

The role emphasizes personalised care, regular notes, and adherence to policies. Training and development opportunities are available within Priory Group.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
• GCSEs in English and Maths, or an NVQ Level 2 equivalent.
• You will begin NVQ Level 2 training within six months of joining.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
• Undertake routine tasks and activities to promote wellbeing and dignity.
• Maintain personal care, daily living support and activity participation.
• Update daily notes and care plans accurately.
