Job summary

Agincare in Trowbridge seeks a Bank Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities, providing personal care and daily support to help them live independently. You’ll help with activities, community outings, and holidays while building trusted relationships and respecting choices.

You will follow care plans, maintain records, and support communication, safety, and wellbeing. Training up to QCF Level 5 is fully funded; a driving licence and UK work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach; willingness to learn and build trust.
• Full UK driving licence.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.
