Working Hours: 12-hour shifts, 19:30-07:30.

Service: National Neurological Services.

We are currently recruiting for a Bank Support Worker - Nights to join our team at National Neurological Services - Morecambe.

At National Neurological Services, we support people with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions in their rehabilitation. We aim to help individuals achieve personal goals and regain independence following their injury or condition. Our facility, Ashbrook Neuro Rehabilitation Centre, can support up to 7 individuals through their slow stream rehabilitation.

The role of a National Care Group Support Worker:

  • You will work with young adults who have complex needs, building positive relationships through listening, discussing, and planning goals together.
  • You will assist with daily tasks and practical activities such as cooking, cleaning, and errands.
  • You will support with personal care, including eating and medication administration.
  • You will help plan and participate in days out and recreational activities.
  • You will support individuals to become more independent where possible.
