A leading provider of adult social care is seeking a Bank Support Worker - Nights to support individuals with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions. This role involves assisting with daily tasks, personal care, and fostering independence. Ideal candidates will have a caring attitude and strong communication skills.
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours: 12 hour shifts, 19:30-07:30

We are currently recruiting for a Bank Support Worker - Nights to join our team at National Neurological Services - Morecambe. At National Neurological Services, we support people with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions in their rehabilitation. We aim to help individuals achieve personal goals and regain independence following their injury or condition. Our goal is for individuals to return home and enjoy their lives again. At Ashbrook Neuro Rehabilitation Centre, we support up to 7 individuals through their slow stream rehabilitation.

You will build positive relationships by listening, discussing, and planning goals collaboratively. Responsibilities include planning daily tasks, assisting with practical activities (cooking, cleaning, errands), supporting with personal care (including eating and medication), and participating in activities like days out. Your support will help individuals become more independent and improve their quality of life.
