Role: Bank Support Worker (Conkers)

Location: Mirfield, WF14 0DQ

Salary: £11.54/hr (Day shifts) or £12.14/hr (Night shifts)

Conkers is a lively and welcoming 7-bed residential home for Young Adults with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities. We are looking for new team members to join our bank team. The role is mainly day shifts, with occasional night shifts to cover leave or sickness. Please read the full description before applying.

Our goal is to help the supported individuals live as independently as possible and participate in community activities. We value a passionate, committed workforce dedicated to supporting young adults with physical and learning disabilities.

All training and support are provided, including a comprehensive induction. We welcome applications from motivated individuals. Contact us to discuss joining our team.

Typical shift times include:

  • Early shifts (7am – 2:30pm)
  • Late shifts (2pm – 9:30pm)
  • Long shifts (12-14.5hrs)
  • Night shifts (12hr shifts)

We can accommodate some flexibility for study, school runs, or other jobs. Please specify your availability in your application.
