Role: Bank Support Worker (Conkers)

Location: Mirfield, WF14 0DQ

Salary: £11.54/hr (Day shifts) or £12.14/hr (Night shifts)

Conkers is a lively and welcoming 7-bed residential home for Young Adults with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities. We are looking for new team members to work mainly day shifts, with some night shifts available to cover leave or sickness. Please read the full job description before applying.

Our goal is to support individuals to live as independently as possible and access community activities. We value a passionate and dedicated workforce committed to supporting young adults with physical and learning disabilities. All training and support are provided, including a comprehensive induction. We welcome inquiries to discuss joining our exceptional team.

Typical shift times include:
  • Early shifts (7am – 2:30pm)
  • Late shifts (2pm – 9:30pm)
  • Long shifts (12-14.5hrs)
  • Night shifts (12hr shifts)
