Location Description:

**Due to the remote location of Mountain View, it is essential our support workers can drive.**

Role Description:

We are currently looking to grow our established and dedicated team of support workers/care assistants at Mountain View in Pontypool, part of Priory Adult Care.

Located in Pontypool, Mountain View House is a bespoke specialist autism service for up to seven individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and complex needs aged 18 and over.

As a support worker, you will support residents with daily activities, encouraging independence. You may participate in activities outside the home, such as day trips and charity events.

Ideal Support Worker:
  • Be reliable, friendly, and caring to help residents achieve their goals (including personal care)
  • Support in-house activities and hobbies
  • Be attentive and inspire residents to achieve more
  • Be resilient and help manage some challenging behaviors
