Job summary

Achieve together is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to support residents during the night, encouraging evening activities and providing physical and emotional support to help them feel safe and comfortably asleep.

No prior healthcare experience required as comprehensive training is provided; we offer varied patterns including full-time, part-time and flexible roles, with opportunities for career progression and additional benefits.

Although it would be beneficial to have some experience in healthcare, it isn’t absolutely necessary as we provide full training. As long as you’re passionate, hard-working and empathetic, you’ll fit right in.
