Job summary

Achieve together is looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to help residents during the night, providing safety, comfort and encouragement for a good night's sleep.

As part of our care team you will support evening activities, monitor wellbeing and respond with empathy. No prior healthcare experience is required as full training is provided; we offer full-time contracts, part-time options and flexible shifts in West Dene, Lincoln.

Qualifications
