Making Space Charity is seeking a Bank Support Worker to assist tenants at Rosemary Court, Darlington. You will support adults to live independently in their own apartments, assist with medication, community access and domestic tasks, and provide compassionate, person-centred care.

We value empathy, patience and a sense of humour, with on-the-job training provided. Prior experience is not required, and opportunities for qualifications exist within the role.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete professional qualifications if desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication management and daily tasks.
• Support tenants to access the community and carry out domestic duties.
• Provide person-centred support to help residents live independently in their own apartments.
