Overview

We have an opportunity available for a Bank Support Worker to join the team at Hartley Place based in Ellesmere Port, CH65 7DJ.

Salary: £12.00 hourly

Responsibilities

As a Support Worker in Extra Care, you'll be supporting adults on a person-centred basis to live independently in their own apartments. Your responsibilities will include medication assistance, accessing the community, and domestic tasks. We're looking for someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients' needs with a big smile that lights up our service users' faces.

We're not too concerned about qualifications for this role; we're more interested in your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues. Qualifications

It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space, you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
