Job summary

CareTech is recruiting Bank Support Workers to join our service in Bognor Regis, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. The role offers flexible hours on a 0-hour contract with bank shifts, and any truly make a difference.

You will deliver person-centred support, assist with daily living skills, promote independence, maintain records, and work as part of a dedicated team across evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be caring, patient and respectful with good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and reliability.
• Full training and induction programme provided if no previous care experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care as needed.
• Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Support activities, appointments and community access.
• Maintain accurate records and work as part of a team.
• Work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.
