At Turning Point, we support people with Learning Disabilities across England. As a Support Worker, you will make a real difference in residents' lives by helping improve their daily living skills. This is a bank contract, ideal if you lead a busy life and want to pick up shifts occasionally. We offer a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends.

What will I be doing?
This role offers the opportunity to join an established team within a Learning Disability Service in Newcastle-under-Lyme. We support individuals to live meaningful, independent lives, empowering them with choice and control while respecting their dignity.
It's a hands-on role, supporting individuals with daily skills, personal care, social inclusion, and overall well-being.
Passionate about people, you will enjoy the scope and support to enhance your own life and career as you gain experience and training to progress.
What skills and qualities do I need?
You should have Support Work experience, ideally within a Learning Disability setting. I.T. and Literacy skills are required. NVQ Level 2 would be desirable or a willingness to work towards it.
