About the Role

As a Bank Support Worker, you will play a key role in empowering adults to lead more independent and fulfilling lives. You’ll support individuals both at home and in the community, helping them to build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve their personal goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting individuals to develop their skills and independence

  • Providing motivation and companionship through social interaction

  • Assisting with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and household duties

  • Attending and arranging healthcare appointments

  • Maintaining up-to-date records and care plans

  • Reporting any safeguarding concerns in line with policy

About You

We are looking for compassionate and resilient individuals who:

  • Have experience supporting people with complex needs or behaviours that challenge

  • Possess strong verbal, reading, and written communication skills

  • Are confident in encouraging community engagement

  • Are reliable, adaptable, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
