We are looking for a Support Worker at Maes-Y-Dderwen, dedicated to delivering high standards of care and using the latest care technology to enhance service users' lives. Our focus is on providing personalized care that respects the dignity and independence of each individual.
As a Support Worker, your responsibilities include providing physical and emotional support, assisting with washing and dressing, and promoting independence where possible. Every day offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in someone's life.
