Working Hours: 0-hour contract - day and night shifts available (07:45-20:15 and 20:00-08:00)

Shaw healthcare is looking for a Support Worker to join the team at Croft Meadow. You will be part of a team committed to delivering the highest standard of care to our service users. Our aim is to provide the same standard of care that we would expect for our own family members. You will be using the latest care technology, enabling you to spend more time with the service users you care for.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support to our service users, assisting them with washing, dressing, and promoting independence where possible. No two days are the same, but you will always feel the satisfaction of making a difference in someone’s life.

We will provide you with full training, including our leadership programme, which supports your development and opportunities for progression within Shaw.

You don’t need previous experience or qualifications – we are happy to work with you to help you become an excellent member of our team.

Salary: £12.50 per hour
