A leading company is seeking a Support Worker in Ashford, dedicated to empowering individuals to live their lives independently. Make a difference by supporting people to live their life, their way
You will be supporting our gentleman in their home in Ashford. The people we support like to get out and about and have their own vehicles, so you will need to be a driver and willing to drive their vehicles. For this you should have a full UK manual driving licence. Your role will involve taking the initiative to promote independence while building a meaningful connection with them
This is a Bank role with shifts available across the week and weekends, including sleep-in shifts and waking nights.
