About The Role

We are looking for bank support workers who care about making every moment matter, regardless of qualifications or experience.

Position: Bank Support Worker/Carer

Location: Glangarnant (SA18 1UF)

The Role
  1. To provide support that empowers the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting their individuality, and enabling them to make appropriate choices in line with their support plans.
  2. Promote the health, well-being, and cultural, emotional, and spiritual beliefs of the people we support, ensuring these are met inclusively.
  3. Facilitate social, educational, or work activities such as visiting family and friends, supported employment, walks, shopping, and other recreational activities of their choice.
  4. Perform general housekeeping duties, including shopping, domestic tasks, and personal care.
  5. Complete a range of records and documents as part of your role.
