Responsibilities
  • You will support people in everyday life, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity, and empower people to be a meaningful part of their local community.
  • This is more than just a job; you’ll be helping people gain independence and live healthy, happy, and fulfilling lives.
  • You will support people both in their home and in their local communities, adapting to each person’s needs and abilities.
About the people and their home

Here at Loxwood corner, the people we support enjoy going out for walks, day trips and shopping. Our outside sensory and craft room is available at any time, for anyone to go and engage in arts and crafts or play games. We love watching movies, playing music and storytelling. Everyone who lives here is finding purpose and joy in their daily lives. We encourage everyone to progressively develop skills to be more independent and take part in the community life as much as possible.
