Achieve Together is seeking Bank Support Workers to provide compassionate care in home and local community settings in Wells. This role offers flexible patterns, with full training provided to help you develop your skills in social care.

You will support individuals to gain independence, celebrate small achievements, and participate in community activities, while working with dedicated teams to deliver excellent care.
