Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes or community settings.
  2. Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  3. Promote independence and support individuals to achieve their personal goals.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports.
  5. Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a similar care/support role is desirable but not essential.
  2. A compassionate and caring nature.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
  6. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable.
