A leading mental health service provider in Darlington is looking for Bank Support Workers to provide excellent care to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. The role involves supporting patients through enhanced care, guiding them physically and emotionally. Ideal candidates will be communicative and passionate about making a difference. We are looking for an outstanding Bank Support Workers with a passion for delivering excellent care.
You’ll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Redlands. This is Based in Darlington, County Durham, Redlands supports individuals who are living with a learning disability and complex needs, and can also support those with associated mental or physical health needs.
We encourage and enable the individuals we support to lead a full and happy life. We work with them to ensure they have more choice and control in their lives. We find out their strengths, abilities and preferences so that the care provided can be as person-centred and meaningful to each individual as possible.
Working shifts are 7am - 7pm, 9am - 9pm, 10am - 10pm and waking nights 7pm - 7am.
