As a Support Worker, you will make a real difference to residents' lives by improving their daily living skills. Passionate about people, you will enjoy the scope and support to enhance your own life and career as you gain experience and training to progress with us.
You will work at our residential service supporting 7 individuals with Learning Disabilities and additional needs. Our care services focus on people's whole lives, making them human and personal. Staff are at the heart of our culture, embodying Turning Points' values.
You will be required to provide a person-centred approach in all aspects of the individuals' lives, including managing their home, helping prepare meals, personal care, accessing community facilities, and maintaining contact with important people. We tailor our services to enable independence. A full UK driving license is preferable.
This is a bank contract, ideal if you want to pick up shifts occasionally. We offer a range of shifts including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends.
