The Role

Job Title: Bank Support Worker

Hours: Casual, as and when required

Shift Pattern: Casual, as and when required

We are seeking a Bank Support Worker committed to providing quality housing-related support for individuals in medium-term supported accommodation. You will assist individuals in fulfilling their potential, engaging with their community, and feeling connected to society.

Your role involves acting as a Support Worker, promoting positive and healthy lifestyles, and helping individuals develop skills for independent living. You will collaborate with partners across the county and adopt a multi-agency approach to achieve positive outcomes.

Excellent interpersonal skills and an understanding of the issues faced by service users are essential. Full training will be provided; however, you must be friendly, proactive, positive, approachable, and non-judgemental.
