What does this Bank Support Worker job involve?

Hours of Work: 0 - 40 Hours Per Week - 16 - 40 Hours Per Week
Shifts: 07:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 / 22:00 - 07:00

Responsibilities

• Support to wash, dress, support with medication.
• Meal preparation, cooking, etc.
• Light household tasks, laundry, dusting, vacuuming etc.
• Support with shopping, making and attending appointments.
• Supporting, arranging, accompanying with social activities of choice.
• Driving a mobility vehicle (if required and will be insured by the customer)

Candidate requirements

• HSC equivalent NVQ2 (Minimum)
• Epilepsy Trained (Essential)
• Experience (Essential)
• Work on own initiative (Essential)
• HSC equivalent NVQ3 or above (Preferred)
• Car Driver (Preferred)
• Right to work in the UK

The role of a Support Worker is varied and will require prospective candidates to be able to problem solve and think on their feet.

We are actively looking for individuals who are Epilepsy trained; Empress will support with updating if required.
