Job Advert Location Description

River House is located in the Shaw’s Bridge area of Belfast. It offers residential support for eight people on the autism spectrum or with a learning disability. We are in a semi-rural area on the outskirts of the city, surrounded by beautiful countryside.

We are looking for bank Support Workers to join our established team.

As a support worker, you will support our residents with their daily lives, encouraging independence. You may also participate in activities outside the home, such as day trips, charity events, and more!

Our ideal support worker will:

• Support in-house activities and hobbies
• Be attentive and inspire service users to achieve more
• Be resilient and help manage some challenging behaviors

Drivers can assist in transporting residents, but non-drivers are also welcome.
