Our bank contracts offer flexibility over the days and hours you work. Tell us when you're available, and we'll try to give you shifts that fit your schedule. No prior care experience is needed; we recruit based on values and transferable skills. We provide all necessary training and pay you for your time.

As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in our team. You will cover shifts to ensure high-quality, person-centred care during times of leave, training, or sickness. You will support individuals living in their own homes in the community with disabilities and/or additional support needs.
Your duties will include assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication management, attending appointments and activities, managing personal finances, supporting with moving and handling, and personal care. You will also provide emotional support and help individuals maintain relationships with family and friends.
The people we support enjoy engaging in their communities through arts and crafts, watching sports, dining out, and exploring new opportunities. Some support individuals who volunteer or attend community groups. Your role will involve taking an active interest in their hobbies and encouraging their independence.
Our team provides 24/7 support tailored to individual needs. Shifts include earlies, days, lates, and sleepovers. Travel time is included in working hours, and supporting more than one individual per shift is common.
