Our bank contracts will give you flexibility over the days and hours you work. Tell us when you're available, and we'll look to give you shifts to fit.

You don't need experience in care to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferable skills. We'll give you all the training you need to be an amazing Bank Support Practitioner.

You'll support individuals living in their own homes in the community with disabilities and/or additional support needs. Your responsibilities include assisting with all aspects of daily living such as meal preparation, medication, appointments, managing personal finances, support with moving and handling, and personal care. You will also provide emotional support and help maintain relationships with family and friends.

The people we support enjoy being active in their communities, engaging in arts and crafts, watching football, and going out for meals. Some support individuals who volunteer or attend college. You will take an active interest in their hobbies and help them explore new opportunities.

To be part of our team, you'll need to:
  • Have an empathetic and caring nature.
  • Good observation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in using computers.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Good organisational skills.

Our dedicated team provides 24/7 support tailored to each individual's needs. Depending on shift length, you may support more than one individual, with travel hours included. Shifts include earlies, days, lates, and sleepovers.

Benefits
  • TRFS rewards scheme (cash-back and discounts at various retailers)
  • Paid travel during shifts and 45p per mile fuel allowance
  • Continuous in-house training and career development opportunities
  • Refer a Friend scheme - £150 reward for successful referrals
  • Employee Forum for feedback and improvement
  • Free Glasgow Credit Union membership
