The Richmond Fellowship Scotland makes a real difference in supporting people with their everyday lives. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Cupar service as a Bank Support Practitioner. Our bank contracts offer flexibility over days and hours; tell us your availability, and we will try to accommodate your shifts.
Note: Due to the nature of this role, we can only accept applications from female candidates who hold a full manual UK driving licence.

No previous care experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training through our award-winning learning and development team. Training includes classroom sessions, e-learning, shadowing experienced Support Practitioners, and meeting the people you will support.
We seek staff with the right values who want to make a positive impact. Our approach promotes independence within a recovery-based support model. Daily tasks include but are not limited to, support with daily living, personal care, and addressing various support needs.
Our team provides support 24/7, with shifts including days, evenings, sleepovers, wakened nights, weekends, and public holidays.
