Bank Support Practitioner - Driving Licence Required

At The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, we are currently recruiting Bank Support Practitioners for our Todhill services in Stevenston. We support individuals with various needs, including ongoing mental health issues, autism, learning disabilities, and dementia.

We are seeking candidates who can regularly work evening, weekend, or night shifts. Applicants must have a UK manual driving licence; access to your own car is not necessary.

This campus has recently been developed to include 21 new homes designed to meet the needs of the residents and integrate with the natural environment. The site also features a Day Centre offering vocational activities such as horticulture, arts and crafts, and animal husbandry.

You will join a dedicated team supporting individuals with autism and complex learning disabilities. Responsibilities include personal care, cooking, household tasks, shopping, and attending appointments. Some individuals may have complex communication needs or display challenging behaviour when communicating.

No previous care experience is required, but experience in similar settings or supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities is advantageous. Knowledge of borderline personality disorder is a plus.
