Driver Only Positions

Due to the location of our services,a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

No Experience? No Problem!

We providefull trainingthrough ouraward-winning Learning & Development teambefore you start. This includes - Classroom-based sessions, E-learning modules, Shadowing experienced Support Practitioners to gain hands-on experience. This ensures you feel confident and well-prepared in your new role.

About the Role

As aSupport Practitioner, your responsibilities may include:

• Social Support- Helping individuals engage with their communities by planning and attending outings such as day centres, cinema, swimming, and other leisure activities.
• Medical Support- Administering and monitoring medication.
• Personal Care- Supporting wellbeing by assisting with bathing, dressing, incontinence care, and arranging healthcare appointments.
• Practical Support- Encouraging daily household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping to help individuals maintain their tenancy.
