Driver Only Positions

Due to the location of our services,a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

No Experience? No Problem!

We providefull training through ouraward-winning Learning & Development team before you start. This includes - Classroom-based sessions, E-learning modules, Shadowing experienced Support Practitioners to gain hands-on experience. This ensures you feel confident and well-prepared in your new role.

  • You must beflexible , as shifts vary between early, back, late, and sleepovers.
About the Role

As aSupport Practitioner , your responsibilities may include:

  • Social Support - Helping individuals engage with their communities by planning and attending outings such as day centres, cinema, swimming, and other leisure activities.
  • Medical Support - Administering and monitoring medication.
  • Personal Care - Supporting wellbeing by assisting with bathing, dressing, incontinence care, and arranging healthcare appointments.
  • Practical Support - Encouraging daily household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping to help individuals maintain their tenancy.
