Are you a UK Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD) wanting control and flexibility to work the shifts you want?

Whether you’re a Nurse looking for extra shifts to boost your income or a flexible job that fits around your lifestyle, if you’re a UK Registered Nurse you can join our nurse staff bank. After completing a paid two-week induction, you’ll have access to available nursing shifts at Sturt House, with the potential to work bank shifts regionally at other Elysium services across the region.

There is no minimum number of hours required, although it is recommended to work as often as you can to maintain your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service.

Weekdays, nights, and weekend shifts are regularly available and easy to view and book through an app. Within a few taps, you can secure the nursing shifts at Sturt House that suit you.

Whether your nursing experience is from the NHS or private sector, you can join as a Bank Nurse with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift to cover annual leave, plus access to benefits such as free meals on duty, free parking, and more.

What you will be doing:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD), you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to males aged 18 and over with mental health conditions, support your colleagues, and promote good teamwork.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5-hour standard shifts. As a bank nurse, you’ll be on a zero-hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts to work each week.

Where you will be working:

Location: Sturt's Ln, Walton on the Hill, Tadworth KT20 7RQ

You will work at Sturt House, a recovery-focused, rehabilitation unit providing specialist mental health treatment for males aged 18 and over. You will deliver individualised care and treatment, utilizing least restrictive practice principles and safe practices to support Service Users in their recovery.

Sturt House is committed to high standards of care, encouraging Service Users to actively participate in developing and reviewing their treatment and pathways according to their abilities.
