Role: Staff Nurse on Elective Surgical Ward

As a Staff Nurse at North Staffs Hospital, you'll set the standard in patient care. You must be registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC) and have relevant qualifications and post-registration experience.

Responsibilities:

• Be flexible, motivated, and an excellent communicator and team player
• Join a close-knit team led by our matron on a consultant-led ward
• Understand and attend to each patient's needs
• Work with top clinical professionals
• Gain experience with new practices, equipment, and facilities
• Collaborate across departments to ensure continuous patient care
