As a Staff Nurse on the Elective Surgical Ward at North Staffs Hospital, you will set high standards in patient care. You must be registered with the relevant governing body (e.g., NMC) and possess the appropriate qualifications and post-registration experience.

As a Ward Staff Nurse, you will:

1. Be flexible, motivated, and an excellent communicator and team player.
2. Join a close-knit team led by our matron on a consultant-led ward.
3. Pay close attention to each patient’s individual needs.
4. Work alongside skilled clinical professionals.
5. Gain experience with new practices, equipment, and facilities.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
