This is a temporary nursing role as a Bank Staff Nurse at Elysium Healthcare's The Bridge service in Middlesbrough. The role offers flexibility and control over your shifts, with an hourly rate of £20.28 plus a 12.07% holiday uplift. You'll be providing high-quality evidence-based care to men and women with neurological conditions, as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Main duties of the job

Elysium Healthcare is offering a temporary Bank Staff Nurse role at their The Bridge service in Middlesbrough. As a UK Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD, RGN), you\'ll have the flexibility and control to work the shifts you want, with access to available nursing shifts through an app. There is no minimum number of hours required, and you\'ll receive a two-week paid induction. The role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals with neurological conditions, while supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork. You\'ll be rewarded with an hourly rate of £20.28 (plus 12.07% holiday uplift), weekly pay, free meals and parking, and a range of other benefits.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5-hour standard shifts. As a nurse on our bank you\u2019ll be on a zero hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.

Where you will be working:

Location: Lower East Street, Middlehaven, Middlesbrough, TS2 1SW You will be working at The Bridge, a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team you will provide care and support for people with neurological illnesses, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries. As a care centre, this service is a home from home offering en-suite accommodation and spacious communal areas with dedicated therapy spaces, where truly person-centred care is delivered and where each individual is at the heart of everything.
