Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking nurses to join our Bank Staff Nurse Team with flexible shifts across multiple sites. This role allows you to grow skills and knowledge in a variety of specialities while supporting patient care and benefiting from access to training and staff benefits.

You will attend Corporate and Bank Induction and up to 1.5 days of face-to-face training, depending on experience, and play a key role in maintaining high standards of care through flexible placement

• Day to day you will be assisting patients, providing support to areas with high demand, and providing quality nursing.
• Assist in leading and monitoring the performance and work of the Nursing Team.
• To support and maintain team nursing, promoting good working relationships within the multi-disciplinary team and other internal and external contacts.
