Elysium Healthcare is seeking UK Registered Nurses (RMN or RNLD) to join our nurse bank at Barnet Lane Clinic in Borehamwood. After a paid two-week induction, you’ll access a flexible flow of shifts across days, nights and weekends via an app, with no minimum hours and a 12.07% uplift to cover annual leave.

As an RMN or RNLD you’ll deliver high-quality care to people with complex needs, support colleagues and promote teamwork.

Are you a UK Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD) wanting control and flexibility to work the shifts you want? There is no minimum number of hours that you need to work, although it is recommended to work as often as you can to ensure your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service is retained. Weekdays, nights and weekend shifts are regularly available, which are easy to view and book through an app. Within a few taps you’ll have the nursing shifts at Barnet Lane Clinic secured that you want. Whether your nursing experience is from the NHS or private sector, you can join the team as a Bank Nurse with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift to cover annual leave, plus have access to a range of benefits including free meals on duty, free parking and more.

What you will be doing:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) you will ensure people with complex needs receive high-quality care, while supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork. The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. As a nurse on our bank you’ll be on a zero hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.

Where you will be working:

Location: Barnet Lane, Elstree, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 3QU Barnet Lane’s Complex Care and Recovery Service (CCRS) is a highly specialised, bespoke inpatient adult service designed to support individuals whose needs exceed the scope of traditional inpatient service models. The service specialises in treating patients who have experienced multiple or prolonged admissions, stalled discharge pathways, or who have been unable to progress within conventional care environments.
