Elysium Healthcare invites UK Registered Nurses (RMN or RNLD) to join our nurse staff bank for Bere Clinic, Waterlooville, and Middlewood Clinic, Midhurst. After a paid three-week induction you can book shifts via our app. Shifts across weekdays, nights and weekends are available with no minimum hours.

As a bank nurse on a zero-hour contract, you’ll choose the shifts each week. Earn £20.17 per hour (12.07% uplift for annual leave), weekly pay, free meals on duty, and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Registration as a UK nurse (RMN or RNLD) with NMC registration.
• Relevant nursing qualification and current practise status.
• Experience in CAMHS or eating disorders is advantageous.
• Strong teamwork and flexible approach to shifts.

Are you a UK Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) wanting control and flexibility to work the shifts you want? There is no minimum number of hours that you need to work, although it is recommended to work as often as you can to ensure your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service is retained. Weekdays, nights and weekend shifts are regularly available, which are easy to view and book through an app. Within a few taps you’ll have the nursing shifts at Bere Clinic or Middlewood Clinic secured that you want. Whether your nursing experience is from the NHS or private sector, you can join the team as a Bank Nurse with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift to cover annual leave, plus have access to a range of benefits including free meals on duty, and more.

What you will be doing:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) you will provide high-quality evidence-based care to young people aged 12-18 with eating disorders, while supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork. The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. As a nurse on our bank you’ll be on a zero hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.

Where you will be working:

Location: Bere Clinic , Hemlock Road, Waterlooville, PO8 8QT 12 bed CAMHS service to support young people aged 12-18 with eating disorders. With an onsite school providing educational services while the young people are in our care and full multidisciplinary team, it’s a great opportunity to be part of something new and help shape its future.

Location: Little Ashfield, Midhurst, West Sussex, GU29 9JP Middlewood Clinic provide care and treatment for men and women who have an eating disorder including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa and atypical eating disorders. Our approach will be to restore a healthy body weight and address psychological problems during treatment. The Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) at Middlewood Clinic will be made up of the Registered Manager, Consultant Psychiatrist, Nurses, Healthcare Workers, Psychologist, Dietician, Occupational Therapist and Social Worker. The hospital will have 12 comfortable ensuite bedrooms and a variety of communal and recreational spaces including lounge areas, a light and airy dining room, activities room, visitors room, therapy rooms, therapy kitchen area and a lovely cottage style garden.
