Job summary

Practice Plus Group is seeking a Sonographer to join our Imaging and Diagnostics team in Portsmouth. You will perform a broad range of ultrasound examinations, producing high-quality images and concise reports.

The role supports flexible, part-time casual/bank hours at the Practice Plus Group Surgical Centre St Marys Portsmouth. Applicants must be an HCPC registered Radiographer with a Diploma in Medical Ultrasound and proven independent reporting.

What you'll be doing

As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team you will produce a high standard of ultrasonography practice. This will include undertaking a broad range of techniques while being flexible in adapting to the requirements of all patients and examination scenarios.

What we'll look for in you

You will be an HCPC registered Radiographer with a diploma in medical ultrasound and experience in a broad range of ultrasonography competencies. Your ability to work autonomously and experience of independent reporting is essential in this role. You will also need to be able to manage in a fast paced environment while maintaining the ability to produce high quality images and succinct and accurate reporting.
