Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Bank Social Inclusion Coordinator at CQC Registered, Mental Health Service, Sidegate Lane, Ipswich.

The role of Bank Social Inclusion Coordinator will include:

  • Supporting the manager with administrative duties, relating to the day-to-day functioning of the service
  • Conducting monthly house meetings and minute taking
  • Supporting the customers to attend outpatient appointments
  • Welcoming visitors and callers
  • Acting as a point of information for our customers, staff, and key stakeholders
  • Dealing with emergencies on occasion
  • Organising regular one to one or group activities for the customers and organising festivals and events

Skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Good interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Experience with working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards
  • Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English and Maths
