Job summary

Care Without Compromise is seeking flexible Bank Social Care Workers in Wales to provide person-centred support with a dedicated clinical team.

You’ll receive in-house training and work alongside permanent staff to help residents lead meaningful, enjoyable lives through activities and tailored care plans.

Qualifications

• Patient, reliable, flexible and good communicator.
• Team-oriented and able to adapt to varying needs.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care – including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
• Medication administration
• Assisting and getting involved in residents' daily activities, hobbies or outings
• Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
• Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
• Maintaining written daily records
• Attending and completing training, as required

Care Without Compromise, a Choice Care sister company in Wales, supports people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and associated complex needs. With its own clinical team, Care Without Compromise has a particular expertise in understanding and supporting individuals with challenging behaviours. Specialist therapeutic services are integrated into the day to day person-centred support offered to the people we support, enabling them to progress towards a more meaningful and enjoyable daily life.
