BANK SOCIAL CARE ASSISTANT

BAND 2 - Salary (£24,647 to £26,763 pro-rata)

Bayview House Care Home are looking for Bank Social Care Assistants to join their team.

The post will require you to work as part of a team to provide care and support to vulnerable adults in a residential setting.

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate that they can deliver compassionate, personal centred care to the residents within Bayview.

You must have the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, have the ability to follow instructions and possess good communication skills (both written and verbal).

You must also be able to respond appropriately in often unpredictable situations and be able to cope under pressure.

In order to be able to carry out the duties of this post effectively and safely, candidates should be able to provide evidence of a good basic education, good written communication and report writing skills.

Previous experience in social care is desirable but not essential.

Applicants are required to have, or be prepared to work towards the SVQ 2 in Health and Social Care and must register with the SSSC.

These are Bank posts to be worked on as and when basis in line with service requirements
