Job Title: Bank Social Care Assistant

Bayview House Care Home is seeking Bank Social Care Assistants to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Work as part of a team to provide care and support to vulnerable adults in a residential setting.
  2. Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to residents.
  3. Respond appropriately to unpredictable situations and cope under pressure.
Candidate Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
  • Evidence of a good basic education, including report writing skills.
  • Previous experience in social care is desirable but not essential.
  • Willingness to work towards SVQ 2 in Health and Social Care.
  • Must register with the SSSC.
Additional Information

These are bank posts to be worked on an as-and-when basis in line with service requirements.

This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS), and NHS Highland is unable to provide sponsorship.
