We have an opportunity available for a Bank Senior Support Worker to join the team at Palmyra based in Waterloo, Liverpool L22 1RD.
Salary: £12.75 hourly

As a Bank Senior Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to supervise and delegate tasks to a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring that values-based support is delivered to the highest standards to the people we support.
You'll be supporting adults with various conditions including LD, dementia, mental health, and other physical conditions on a person-centered basis, from following care plans to administering medication and assisting with daily living.
As a Bank Senior Support Worker, previous Support Worker experience is essential. You will supervise staff members and delegate responsibilities ensuring values-based support is delivered to the highest standard.
On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training, as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
