What you will be doing:

Leading a team of Care Assistants.
Managing the day-to-day needs of our residents.
Delivering the highest standard of care.
Ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy.
Supporting family members and visitors.
Assisting with meals and daily activities.

What you need to succeed:

At least 2 years’ experience in delivering care or as a Senior Care Assistant.
Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willingness to sign up for or work towards it).
Trained in medication administration.
Excellent people and customer service skills.
Ability to induct and supervise junior staff.
Time management skills to delegate tasks within a team.
Good communication skills — verbal (great communication within the team and with external professionals), written (ability to write and maintain care plans), and digital skills.
Caring attitude.
Flexible and reliable.
