Job summary

Bay Court Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, seeks a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our clinical team in Largs. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, lead shifts and support the care team within a well-led home.

You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication, monitor health changes and contribute to a safe, dignified environment for residents, with ongoing training and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Experience in a care home or elderly care environment preferred.
• Ability to lead shifts and support a care team.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs and develop and review care plans.
• Administer medication and monitor health changes.
• Lead shifts and guide the care team to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold care standards.
